PPHM, Amarillo (TEA Day 13 Part I)

Yesterday we went to the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum near Amarillo, Texas. It was about the history of the Texas Panhandle, which we didn’t know much about, so it was very interesting.

Eddie couldn’t believe how tall the oil rig was. It was so tall, it couldn’t fit in the building, and they only put part of it in.

Eddie enjoyed reading the BurmaShave signs.

We all really enjoyed the museum. We also got free water bottles from doing a scavenger-hunt-type thing with stamps. After that we headed off to the Palo Duro Canyon not far away.
