7/14
On the morning of July 14th, we left our cabin and headed off for the Going-To-The-Sun Road from East Glacier to West Glacier.
Marty found a $5 dollar bill in the parking lot of the visitor center. That made him happy.
Going-To-The-Sun Road was crazy. Many times, it was just this little wall between the road and a cliff.
Glacier is so so pretty! It was awesome!
We stopped to walk down to a river. It was really cold!
We touched snow as well! It was also really cold.
This is Marty with some bear grass.
Wildlife!
We took a short hike up through the woods and saw this waterfall thing. It was really cool, because you could only see it through the channel in the rock.
Here is Sr. Maria Pio showing how you properly drown, as per the sign.
Wildlife!
We got ice cream here, at Eddie’s.
This is Marty’s huckleberry lemonade at dinner. Huckleberry is very big in Glacier (and Yellowstone).
